The Challenge

As an early-stage startup, Digiclean needed to build its marketing function from the ground up. There was no defined brand identity, no structured marketing strategy and no CRM system to support lead generation, sales processes or customer management.

The challenge was to create a solid foundation that could support growth, attract the right audience and position the company effectively for both clients and investors.
