A strategic marketer who enjoys building ideas that connect with people and create real impact. I care about doing meaningful work, understanding what’s behind decisions and turning that into clear, well-structured strategies.

 

How I work

I believe good marketing starts with understanding people. Not just data, but behavior, context and what truly drives decisions.

I also strongly believe that marketing and sales should work closely together. Sales teams are in direct contact with customers and have valuable insights about their needs, objections and motivations. Marketing’s role is to translate those insights into strategies, messaging and systems that truly connect and perform.

My approach combines strategy and execution. I like to think things through, but also build, test and improve. I’m naturally curious, structured and adaptable, which helps me navigate change and work across different environments and teams.

I value clarity, ownership and collaboration. For me, marketing works best when it is aligned with real business goals and supported by strong teamwork.

 

Experience

I have several years of experience working across different areas of marketing, including brand strategy, CRM and marketing automation, content, customer journey design and go-to-market execution.

I’ve worked both in-house and in agency environments, which has allowed me to understand marketing from different perspectives and across multiple industries, with a strong focus on B2B.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked on projects ranging from international campaigns and brand development to building CRM systems and marketing structures from scratch. This has shaped my view of marketing as a system that connects strategy, execution and measurable results.

 

International perspective

Originally from Colombia, I moved to Europe in 2018. Since then, I’ve worked across multiple markets, including Europe, the United States, Latin America and projects connected to Asian markets.

This experience has shaped the way I approach marketing. It has taught me how to adapt communication, understand cultural nuances and build strategies that resonate across different audiences while maintaining consistency.

I feel comfortable working in international environments, collaborating with diverse teams and adjusting to different ways of working.

Beyond work

I’m deeply interested in understanding human behavior, what people think, how they make decisions and what truly influences them.

This curiosity naturally connects with my work in marketing, where understanding people is at the core of every strategy.

 

Outside of work, I enjoy meaningful conversations, learning and spending time with family. I value personal growth and enjoy being around people who are curious, driven and open to evolving.
